Findings from the National Homeless Services Workforce Study

The National Homeless Services Workforce Study (NHSWS) surveyed over 1,000 workers in the U.S. homeless services sector and just released a brief data summary.

Key findings include that nearly 60% of the workforce makes less than $50k annually and roughly 40% are considering a job change. Additionally, burnout and low wages are two of the biggest sources of job stress.
